Please join us for the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Homeowners on September 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Avalon Amenity Center, located at 19729 Jake's Hill Road.
This year, there are three vacant Board seats, and four homeowners have submitted their names for consideration.
Attached you will find the following:
- Meeting Agenda - Proxy Form - Ballot Form - Candidate Bios for all four candidates We encourage you to review the materials and, if possible, complete your ballot or proxy form in advance. Completed ballots and proxies can alsoo be submitted in a sealed envelope and dropped in the Amenity Center drop box.
